Property Overview:

Although property in the Turracher Höhe is hard to find, property prices are relatively cheap. Thanks to a fabulous snow record and a high altitude, the village is always popular with investors.

What We Love About Turracher Höhe:

It is the mountain lakes that give the Turracher Höhe its splendor and special feature. The largest of the three lakes in the area is the Turracher See, at 1763 m above sea level and up to 33 m depth. During winter Turracher Höhe offers excellent family friendly skiing, idyllic cross-country trails, winter hiking routes and the lake in the heart of the village becomes an ice skating rinkl!

Ski Scene:

Turracher Höhe offers guaranteed snowy conditions thanks to the area’s geographical suitability for plenty of powder and great slopes at even greater altitudes as well as modern cable cars and lifts. There is also a snowpark and the ‘Funslope Turracher Höhe’. The Turracher Höhe is a small, but beautiful family oriented ski area offering hiking or curling, and there is a wide range of off pistes for more advanced skiers.

A special attraction in Turracher Höhe are the Slope Butlers, who are around the ski resort every day offering free prosecco for adults and sweets for children. Skiers can relax and enjoy their drink in the resort’s free sun loungers.

Summer Fun:

Turracher Höhe is the perfect place for families with young children, diverse highlights such as the Alpine rollercoaster and the family adventure world Nocky’sAlmZeit. With its three mountain lakes (Turracher See, Grünsee and Schwarzsee), nature lovers, hikers and mountaineers will enjoy fabulous walks and scenery. The trees around the Turracher Höhe are Swiss stone pine and the altitude of this resort has many advantages – the village is the almost completely pollen free!
