Mountain Bauhaus- Alpine ski property for sale
Mountain Bauhaus are a collection of 22 modern architecture buildings each comprising of two bedrooms, garage and a spa area. The duplexes are located next to the ski slopes and near from the centre of town and measure 170m2.Each property has open-plan living and dining areas, and features large terraces allowing you to enjoy the breath-taking views of the Zirbitzkogel and Grebezen mountain peaks. These Duplexes do not have a rental obligation, you can thus choose between buying and using it private, or as an investor and renting it out. However, there would be a management company who will manage renting out the property. There is a cooperation with a local Hotel for which owners will get special benefits.
Luxurious furniture collections
Mountain Bauhaus have been built to a very high standard and includes a partial furniture collection which includes sofas, wardrobes, beds, bed linen, curtains, cutlery, crockery etc. For an additional fee it is also possible to have a full selection of furnishings including soft furnishings and cutlery crockery or TV’s. The developers have appointed interior designers to create a beautiful look and have thought of everything you could possibly need.
