Second Home Status and Fully Managed Properties
Some of these residences have a rare ‘Second Home Status’ (Zweitwohnsitz). This is a great option if you do not want to rent your apartment and prefer to keep it private. Therefore, they are under no obligation to be rented and and you can use your property as much as you like.
In contrast, the fully managed properties are the ideal investment option. Your apartment will be fully-managed by an experienced rental operator who will maximise the rental potential of your property. The rental operator will advertise your property, schedule your bookings, meet and greet your guests when they arrive, and deal with the laundering and cleaning of your property when they have departed. In addition, you can use your apartment for up to 6 weeks a year yourself.
