Kitzbühel’s Attractive neighbours
The Austrian ski town of Kitzbühel is world famous for its challenging slopes and glamorous ski crowd. Increasingly however, UK and International buyers are seeking out affordable alternatives for their property investment; the close by resorts offering better value for money whilst retaining that all important access to the Kitzbühel Alps.
Whilst providing a safe investment, Kitzbühel property prices remain high due to the exclusive nature of this resort. As a consequence, neighbouring towns such as Bramberg and Neukirchen are gaining both popularity and property investment. These villages are investing heavily in its ski and property infrastructure, making it an even more popular choice with buyers across the globe.
Back in 2010 local developers and town council met to discuss how best to regenerate the area of Bramberg. Since then, six new developments have been built in the area, along with numerous new ski lifts that have increased accessibility to Bramberg’s family-friendly slopes. The biggest development, The Bramberg Residences, sold in record time, providing a strong example for Neukirchen to follow.
‘Bramberg’s regeneration from sleepy village to skiing hot-spot over the last couple of years is the biggest that I have ever seen in Austria’ – Jessica Delaney, Alpine Marketing CEO & Founder
